HELP & ANSWERS
Questions worth asking.
Quick answers about Khasino, from the 40-card deck to offline saving and the differences between game modes.
Is Khasino free to play?
The current browser game is available to play without buying cards, opening an account or making a wager. The site may introduce clearly identified advertising in a future public release.
Which cards are used?
The game uses 40 cards: Ace through 10 in each of the four suits. Jacks, Queens and Kings are not in the deck.
Why do 1v1 and Three-Hand have different scores?
Practice/Classic 1v1 and 2v2 Partnership award 11 points, including majority-of-cards and majority-of-spades bonuses. Three-Hand awards seven points: one per Ace, one for 2♠ and two for 10♦. Three-Hand uses captured-card and spade counts only as tie-breakers.
Can I play without an internet connection?
The game is built as an offline-capable web app. First visit while connected so the browser can cache the required assets. After that, previously cached screens should be available offline on the same device. Exact behavior depends on your browser and whether cached data has been cleared.
Where is my game progress saved?
Unfinished matches, preferences and completed-game statistics are stored in your browser on this device. Clearing site data, using private browsing or switching devices can remove or separate those records. No cloud sync or online account is included in this offline release.
Can two human friends play against each other?
Yes. Local Pass-and-Play 1v1 lets two people share one device, with a private handoff before each turn. Players should look away while handing over the device. Wi-Fi 1v1, Partnership, and Three-Hand also support separate devices when a Windows PC hosts a room on the same trusted local network. The public static website alone cannot host a Wi-Fi room.
What is the difference between Practice and Classic?
Practice shows learning hints and extra game details. Classic intentionally hides assistance and additional information so you decide which legal move to make.
Why does my build show only its top card?
Some modes conceal the underlying build cards to preserve the memory and attention required in a physical game. The build value and owner may still be indicated.
Do I need an account or online server to play?
No. Practice, Classic, offline Partnership, Three-Hand and Pass-and-Play run locally after the site is loaded. Wi-Fi multiplayer additionally requires a local Windows host. Internet multiplayer is a separate future release.
Is this a gambling website?
No. Khasino is a strategy card game. The browser version does not offer cash stakes, real-money prizes, account balances or betting services.
